Instructions

Step 1
Wash your kale well. Soak in a sink full of water with a capful of vinegar for half an hour- kale is in the Dirty 30, even organic.
Step 2
Chop kale. Add your clean chopped kale to a large salad bowl.
Step 3
Add dressing to taste and massage the kale for a few minutes with the dressing to tenderize.
Step 4
Add chopped red peppers and sunflower seeds.
Step 5
Add craisins
Step 6
Crumble honey goat cheese and add.
Step 7
Toss, add croutons and serve!
