30 gramsflax meal

4 Tbspapple cider vinegar

Instructions
Step 1
Mix flours / grains with water, vinegar, and flax meal. Soak overnight or at least 12 hours.
Step 2
Proof yeast in warm water and honey.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients, including year mixture, and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Divide between two greased, 1/2-sheet pans lined with silicone mats. Bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes
Step 5
Can also be baked as mini loaves or muffins (rolls).
Step 6
Store in refrigerator for 4-6 days.
