Instructions

Step 1
Head oil in a medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute.
Step 2
Stir in garlic and crushed pepper. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes (or until shrimp turns pink). Transfer to a bowl and cover to keep warm.
Step 3
Add all remaining ingredients except mango to the skillet. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the peanut butter is melted and sauce is well blended. Stir frequently; do not bring to a boil.
Step 4
Stir in the shrimp and mangoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Stir frequently.
