Instructions
Sucuk
Step 1
Heat the sunflower oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high and add the sucuk. Fry for 2-3 min until brown and crispy.
Ajvar
Step 2
In the same pan, add the oil again. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the ajvar and salt and let it fry for 1 minute. Then beat the eggs into the ajvar. Stir well and let fry for another 2 minutes.
Sandwich
Step 3
Cut the bread in half and spread both sides with 2 tbsp olive oil each. Toast until golden brown
Step 4
Spread on the ajvar onto the bread. Then cover with the sucuk.
Step 5
Dice the cheese and sprinkle it on the sucuk
Step 6
Place the second half of the bread on top and enjoy
