Step 1
Begin with finely chopping the onion, garlic, chilli and parsley. Place in a bowl and pour in the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and add the dried oregano. Mix until well combined.
Step 2
Get your pan on a medium-high heat and add the sausages. Once cooked, put to the side and place in the baguette. Let it soak up the sausage fat and once toasted nicely, bring it all together and enjoy 👌
