3 ozGreek Vinaigrette
10 ozbaby spinach
8 ozgrape tomatoes

Instructions
Step 1
Soften garlic butter.
Step 2
Wash and dry produce.
Step 3
Thinly slice cucumber
Step 4
Chop dill fronds
Step 5
Cut the falafel balls in half

Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan. Cook falafel until golden - 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Wipe out skillet and toast pitas. Spread garlic herb butter onto toasted pitas and cut into wedges

In a large bowl, toss spinach with vinaigrette

Portion Spinach and top with cucumber, dill, falafel, tomatoes, feta, and almonds.

Serve hummus with toasted pitas
