1 ½ cupsshrimp
1 tablespoonolive oil
1juice of lime
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tspbay seasoning
salt
pepper
1 headbutter lettuce
1blood orange
diced
⅓ cupcucumber
chopped
⅓ cupcherry tomatoes
quartered
2 tablespoonsred onion
chopped
2 tablespoonsgoat cheese
1.5juice of limes
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1 teaspoonhoney
¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan, heat up olive oil for shrimp. Add in shrimp, lime, garlic powder, bay seasoning, and salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side on medium heat. Let shrimp cool slightly.

Add remaining salad ingredients to a bowl. Top with cooked shrimp

Prepare salad dressing by mixing lime juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth. Pour over salad or toss to evenly coat.
