Instructions

Step 1
Add the chicken to a bowl and mix with the cream cheese, Old El Paso Smoky BBQ Spice Mix, a generous handful of the grated cheese and the lime juice. Stir until well combined.
Step 2
Spread the mixture at one end of each Old El Paso tortilla and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filling.
Step 3
Roll up tightly into a cigar shape and place them down in an airfryer, seam down. If you don’t have an airfryer you may cook these in an oven or on a griddle pan.
Step 4
Cook the taquitos at 180c for 7-8 minutes or until lightly golden.
Step 5
Stack the taquitos on top of one another and drizzle with the avocado creme. Dollop the Old El Paso Salsa on top and then sprinkle with crumbly feta and fresh coriander.
