Step 1
Soak glutinous rice in water for 1 hour.
Step 2
Marinate the pork with some salt. Marinate the mushroom with sugar, sesame oil & light soya sauce.
Step 3
Put some oil in wok, add pork belly, mushrooms, dried oysters, Chinese sausage, dried prawns, glutinous rice, salt, pepper and dark soy sauce.
Step 4
Scoop out and add water. Steam for 45 minutes.
