Instructions

Step 1
Marinate ground pork with potato starch, light soy sauce, black pepper and cooking wine for a few minutes.
Step 2
Dice garlic and ginger, chop fresh red chili and pickled green beans into small bites.
Step 3
Add cooking oil in a heated skillet, simply put marinated ground pork in to stir fry until golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Step 4
With remaining oil in the skillet, add in diced garlic and ginger as well as fresh chopped chili to mix. Further put chopped pickled green beans in to cook for a minute.
Step 5
Finally, add pre-cooked ground pork in the green beans to mix. Season with salt (as needed), sugar and chicken powder. Remove from heat and it’s ready to serve.
