Instructions
Step 1
Mix Chicken with Egg White and Soy Sauce
Step 2
Marinate for at least 15 minutes

In a large pan on high heat

Add a couple tablespoon of Vegetable oil

Then add in the marinated Chicken

Stir for 3-4 minutes
