Instructions

Step 1
1. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet. 2. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor, process them together until well combined, not overprocess. 3. Scoop a tablespoonful and use your hands to roll into a ball. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet, and repeat with the remaining mixture. 4. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 15 to 20 minutes, or until firm, and serve. Remember to store in the refrigerator; the balls will get soft and lose their shape at room temperature.
