1 cupold fashioned rolled oats
1 cupsemi skimmed milk
1red apple
small, diced
1 Tbspchia seeds
1 Tbspmaple syrup
½ tspvanilla extract
1 tspground cinnamon
1 pinchnutmeg
freshly ground
1 pinchsea salt
Optional Toppings (one or more of)
Instructions
Step 1

Add all ingredients to a bowl or airtight container the night before. Cover with a lid or seal with cling film and put it in the fridge.
Step 2
Stir well and serve portion (1/2 of the container). Optional: , add chopped nuts and/or sunflower seeds and/or sunflower seeds for crunch.
