Instructions

Step 1
Over medium-high heat cook ground beef onion green pepper and salt

Drain
Step 3
Stir in cornstarch and mixed together until coated

Add the beef broth A1 sauce and steak seasoning and stir

Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low simmer while stirring occasionally for up to 10 minutes

Mixture will thicken up more and more once off heat
Step 7
Set oven to broiling add butter to buns and broil for 1 to 3 minutes
Step 8
Place a slice of provolone cheese in the bun and scoop meat mixture
Step 9
