Step 1
Place all ingredients into the pot
can of diced tomatoes with juice1
water1 cup
italian seasoning1 teaspoon
marinara sauce1 cup
black pepper½ teaspoon
beef fajita meat2 pounds
red pepper flakes½ teaspoon
fresh spinach2 cups
white onion1
salt1 teaspoon
garlic1 cloves
Step 2
Pressure cook 7 minutes.
Step 3
Pressure release when done.
Step 4
If watery, push the saute button and cook until reduced.
Step 5
Serve over noodles, rice or spiral cut zucchini
