For the pretzels:
For the cheese sauce:

6 tflour

6 tbutter

3 cheavy cream

½ cmonterey jack
freshly grated

½ ccheddar cheese
freshly grated

½ cwhite cheddar
freshly grated

1 ½ tspsalt

1 tsppaprika

½ tspblack pepper

½ tspgarlic powder
For taste:
Instructions
For the Pretzels:
Step 1
Add yeast, brown sugar, and water to a measuring cup. Set aside for 10 minutes to rest.
Step 2
Add mixture to 3 1/2 c flour.
Step 3
Knead dough for 10 minutes
Step 4
Add dough to oiled bowl and cover for 20 minutes to rest.
Step 5
Uncover dough on floured surface and cut to shape (first cut strips and then bite size pieces)
Step 6
Preheat oven to 400
Step 7
Let rest for 5 minutes before boiling
Step 8
Boil in water and 1/4 c baking soda for 30 SECONDS on each side
Step 9
Transfer to baking sheet.
Step 10
Cook for 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
Step 11
Brush with melted butter and salt.
For the Cheese:
Step 12
Melt together 6 T four and 6 T butter.
Step 13
Add in cheeses and seasonings. Cook on medium heat until golden brown.
