6 steps
Prep:15minCook:5min
These sweet rice balls are stuffed with brown sugar and crushed peanuts.
It's SUPER quick and easy to make. Boil for a few minutes, and it's cooked when it floats!

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and peanuts.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour and water. Use chopsticks to bring the dough together, then knead with your hands until a smooth ball forms.
Step 3
Grab about a couple tablespoons of dough and flatten into a circle. Curl your hands so the dough forms a cup, and pour in some of the peanut and sugar mixture.
Step 4
Pinch and seal the dough, and roll it into a smooth ball. Place it on a plastic-wrap lined plate, and repeat until you've used up all the dough.
Step 5
In a medium bowl, boil enough water to cover the rice balls. Add the rice balls and wait until they float (I like to leave them in there for a few more minutes afterwards).
Step 6
Remove the rice balls from the water, and enjoy while hot!
