Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175c. Line a square baking dish with baking paper.
Step 2
Mix protein powder, flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add egg, milk, vanilla to butter mixture whisk until combined.
Step 4
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet. If mixture is to dry add a splash of milk. Chop strawberries into small pieces and add to mixture with chocolate chips.
Step 5
Transfer batter into prepared tin and bake for 20mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
