Instructions

Step 1
Cut off tops of green peppers. Remove seeds and membrane.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350°.

Step 3
Precook peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes, drain. Sprinkle inside of cups generously with salt.
Step 4
Brown meat with onion. Add 1/2 tsp salt and dash of pepper. Stir in tomatoes, rice, 1/2 cup water, and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 5
Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cheese.
Step 6
Stuff peppers.
Step 7
Place in baking dish and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
