⅔ cuptomato paste

½ tsponion powder

½ tspgarlic powder

Instructions
Step 1
Add rub to chicken, brown chicken 3 minutes each side. Lower heat and cook for 12 minutes
Step 2
Remove chicken
Step 3
Toast the rice in medium low heat 5min
Step 4
Add water and bouillon
Step 5
Add tomatoes and dry spices. Mix
Step 6
Add chicken, onions and cover
Step 7
After it simmers turn heat to low and cook for 20min
Step 8
Let it sit for 10 min before opening the lid
