Instructions
Step 1
Combine the spring onions, snap peas, and cabbage in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Step 2
Mix the noodles, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts and almonds into a pan. Roast in the pan over a medium heat. When they are lightly browned remove the pan from the heat.
Step 3
Make the dressing in a shaker by mixing vinegar, oil, sugar and soy sauce together.
Step 4
Combine the salad ingredients, noodles mixture and dressing together. Serve.
