Instructions

Step 1
Smash the cucumbers with the flat part of a big knife/cleaver
Step 2
Chop the smashed cucumber into bite-sized pieces
Step 3
Place them in a bowl and mix in salt. Let sit for 20 to 30 min
Step 4
In the meantime, get a small bowl, and add sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, chili oil, and sesame seeds
Step 5
After letting the cucumbers sit in the salt, pour out the excess water.
Step 6
Then, pour the sauce over the cucumbers and mix well. Add cilantro (optional)
Step 7
Chill for at least 1 hour, and then enjoy!
