Instructions

Step 1
Take two chopsticks and lay the cucumber on top. Slice at a 45 degree angle from top to bottom and flip over and slice at a straight angle from top to bottom. This will create a spiral with the cucumber. Take one tablespoon of salt and mix it in with cucumber and let sit for 15-20 minutes. The salt will help release some of the moisture from the cucumbers. Rinse and dry
