⅛ teaspoonssalt

1 teaspoonbaking powder

30gvanilla isolated whey protein powder

¾ cupsplain nonfat Greek yogurt

3 tablespoonsliquid egg whites

½ cupsunsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

3 tablespoonslow fat cream cheese

1 tablespoonconfectioner's sugar substitute
Instructions
Step 1

Step 2
Preheat a large griddle or skillet over medium heat with some nonstick spray or butter.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine all of the for the pancakes until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Divide the batter among 6 evenly sized pancakes. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Combine the low fat cream cheese and confectioners sugar substitute in a small bowl. Using a plastic bag or piping bag, Divide the mixture among the pancakes (1 tablespoon per 2 pancakes). You can spread a little bit on each pancake as well if you’d like!
Step 6
Top with sugar free breakfast syrup and enjoy!
