55gunsalted butter

250gall-purpose flour

Step 1
Mix together the milk, yeast and sugar
Step 2
Add the egg, butter, flour and salt
Step 3
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl
Step 4
Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let the dough rise until doubled in size
Step 5
Roll out the dough until it’s 1cm and cut out the donuts
Step 6
Heat some vegetable oil at 160C and cook the donuts for 1 min/ side

Melt the butter with the chocolate
