5 ouncespring greens

1 x 15 ouncecan syrup-packed mandarin oranges
drained

½ cupdried cherries

½ cupcrumbled feta cheese

½ cupPecans
Buttered

Instructions
Salad
Step 1
Place the greens in a large bowl. Scatter the oranges, cherries, feta, and pecans on top. Drizzle over just enough dressing to moisten the salad and toss gently until well combined and the greens are coated. Serve with additional dressing passed at the table.
Red Wine Vinaigrette
Step 2
In an 8-ounce screw-top jar, combine the vinegar, oil, honey, salt, pepper, and Tabasco (if using). Screw on the lid and shake until well mixed.
Step 3
Use at once or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.
