Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Make pasta according to directions. Sauté butter and onion. Add spices. Once tender, add flour and mix until smooth. Gradually add milk and stir often. Stir until thickened then add cubed velvets and mix until melted. Add pasta to 9x13 baking dish and pour cheese sauce over. Stir to mix. Cool for 30 minutes uncovered
