Instructions
Step 1
Bring vinegar, sugar, water, and salt to boil. Turn off heat.
Step 2
Pour over sliced garlic and peppers (if using) to completely cover. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Step 3
If using within a couple of days, then you can leave it out of counter. Otherwise refrigerate for up to 3 months.
