Easy Coconut milk mac & nooch

Incredibly easy, delicious, tangy, nut free mac & cheese! Feel free to use the "cheese" sauce on anything!
1 can coconut milk per 1lb pasta (unless you want it really creamy, then double everything!)
4 - 6+ TBS Nooch per can of Coconut milk (Taste preferences. I usually do 8.)
2 TBS Arrowroot powder/Cornstarch ***Always make sure to DOUBLE your amount when using more nooch! [4TBS Nooch = 2TBS PWDR, 6 TBS Nooch = 4TBS PWDR, etc]***
Season to taste!

Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta of choice according to box.
While pasta is cooking whisk together ingredients for "cheese" sauce.
Step 2
Once ingredients are whisked turn heat to high, stirring until it starts to boil.
Step 3
At the first couple of bubbles from boiling reduce heat to low and cover, letting sit for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain pasta, add vegan butter to taste (usually half a stick per lb), stir sauce and add to pasta, serve immediately.
