Step 1
preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees celsuis.

juice the lemon. add the garlic, some oil, some salt and some pepper, and a splash of white wine to a bowl.
Step 3
oil up the oven tray. place the cod in the tray. bask the cod in the sauce. place the tomatoes on the cod.
Step 4
place the cod in the oven. when the tomatoes start to wrinkle and the sauce starts cooking, rewet the fish with the juice and add the parsley and put it back in the oven for a few minutes. normally this takes 10-20 mins.
Step 5
serve the cod with some of the sauce on it.
