Crumbl 🙀 Oatmeal Rolo Cookies

The obsession with crumbl cookies continues! This copycat recipe is a combination of the best oatmeal cookies, rich chocolate chips, those addictive rolo candies, and caramel sauce drizzled over the tops!

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Step 1
Line baking sheets with parchment.
Step 2
In lg. mixing bowl, cream butter & brown sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, & vanilla.
Step 3
Mix salt, baking powder, oatmeal, & flour. Mix, half at a time, into butter mixture.
Step 4
Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 5
For Crumbl-sized cookies, scoop dough out by â…“ cupsful. (For smaller cookies, scoop heaping â…› cupfuls.). Roll each dough glob into ball with lightly floured hands.
Step 6
Bake (12 min.) for large cookies or (10 min.) for smaller cookies.
Step 7
Remove from oven and place 5 rolos halves on the top of the hot lg. cookies. (3 rolos for small).
Step 8
Return pan back to oven (2 min.)
Step 9
Cool (5 min.) on pan on a wire rack; remove from pan & drizzle with caramel sauce on wire rack.

Notes

Step 10
Hershey’s caramel filled kisses will also work. They are stickier than rolos.
Step 11
Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips work best for this recipe. (They larger & have a slightly different taste than the average chocolate chip.
