Instructions

Step 1
Combine yogurt, mango, lime zest, and cardamom in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a large bowl. In a medium bowl, beat cream with a mixer on high until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into yogurt mixture. Pour into a freezer container; cover. Freeze at least two hours or overnight.
Step 2
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes to soften before serving, if necessary. Drizzle servings with honey.
Step 3
TIP: store in the freezer up to three months. Let stand at room temperature up to 20 minutes before scooping if frozen hard.
