slice cucumbers thin
Step 2
place cucumbers in a bowl & sprinkle w/ salt - set aside for 30 minutes
Step 3
rise & drain cucumbers well w/ cool water
Step 4
pour onto paper towels & pat dry
Step 5
place cucumbers, red onion, dill, & red pepper flakes into a serving bowl
Step 6
whisk vinegar and sugar together
Step 7
pour over cucumbers & mix well
Step 8
cover & refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
