Instructions
Step 1
Add sifted flour to ground almonds and mix.
Step 2
Rapidly rub vegan butter into flour mixture with fingertips.
Step 3
Wash desired number of glacé cherries, dry and cut into quarters. Add to mixture with almond essence. Stir.
Step 4
Add enough almond milk to produce a dough which comes together but isn't too sticky. Turn onto lightly floured surface and flatten to 2-3cm thickness. Place on baking sheet.
Step 5
Place in preheated oven, 180 fan, for 22-25 minutes until browning.
