3 Tbspbutter
melted — used vegan @ arthbalance⠀
1 cupnondairy milk
yeast
standard 0. packet
1 Tbspsugar

¼ tspsalt
2 ¼ cupsflour

Step 1
melt butter in a large mug or small bowl. add milk. after it is kind of warm — but not hot — add in yeast, sugar, and salt. mix around and set aside for 10 mins so yeast can activate⠀

pour mixture into a large bowl. add flour ½ cup at a time, mixing in until it becomes a dough. ⠀

after all the flour is added, lightly flour a surface and kneed dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. if its still sticky, add ¼ cup flour⠀

oil the large bowl and put dough back in. cover and let sit in warm place for an hour so the dough can rise⠀

meanwhile, prepare jam. combine ingredients in a small pot and bring to boil. reduce to medium for about 10 min until cranberries pop. let cool⠀

after dough has risen, roll out onto a lightly floured surface. the dough should be a rectangle, twice as long in length as it is in width. ⠀

spread cranberry-orange jam in a thin layer onto the dough, spreading around until well distributed⠀

take the long side of the dough, and roll tightly so no filling falls out. once u have the log of dough, cut into 12 even sections⠀

spray a pan (used a pie tin) with cooking spray. arrange all the rolls in the pan. set aside for 30 minutes so dough can rise⠀

after risen, bake at 360* for 20-22 minutes⠀
