This is a take on Hunters Chicken but without the chicken or the hunting. I used the Ninja Foodi Max 7 in 1 to cook this but it can easily be adapted for the oven.

Instructions

Step 1
Cook sausages on bake grill mode as per packet instructions. (Reduce temperature by 10 degrees).

Step 2
While the sausages are cooking, chop the onion and grate the garlic.
Step 3
In a bowl, add all of the other ingredients and mix well.

Grate your cheese

Once the sausages are cooked, remove from inner pot and add the onions. Cook on sear/ saute for 7 minutes at a medium heat stirring regularly.

Add the garlic to the onion and cook for a minute.

Press start stop
Step 8
Add the sauce to the main bowl then the sausages.
Step 9
Attach the pressurecook lid, set the pressure to high and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 10
Let the steam release naturally for five to seven minutes, then release the remainder slowly to avoid splatter. Carefully remove the pressure lid
Step 11
Sprinkle as much cheese on top as you like, I used about a third of a block of smoked applewood.
Step 12
Close the air crisp lid and set to air crisp for five minutes
Step 13
Serve with veg and spuds.
