This is a veganised version of Jack Munroe's Sausage One Pot Dinner from A Girl Called Jack. I cook it in the pressure cooker and it make 4 big portions.

Fry the sausages, Facon, onion and garlic until browned.
Step 2
Add everything else into the pot.

Pressure cook for fifteen minutes.
