Instructions
Step 1
Cut figs into wedges. Drain mozzarella and tear into pieces.
Step 2
Arrange rocket, figs and mozzarella onto a serving platter. Scatter with lemon zest and chives.
Step 3
Drizzle oil and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice over salad. Season with freshly ground black pepper, and serve.
