Instructions
Step 1
To make homemade bruschetta, brush baguette slices with olive oil, and toast in the oven at 450F for about 5 minutes. As the baguette slices toast, combine quartered grape tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, fresh basil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
Step 2
To assemble bruschetta bar, transfer bruschetta to a serving bowl and place on an oversized cutting board or serving platter. Arrange additional topping around the bowl.
Step 3
Have Coca-Cola and water stationed next to bruschetta bar with drink ware, ice, and reusable straws. Don't forget small serving plates, utensils, and napkins!
