Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F.

Step 2
In a large bowl combine diced potatoes and halved brussel sprouts. Coat in olive oil and spices. Toss together.
Step 3
Transfer to sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 4
In a small bowl combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey and garlic. Brush over salmon filets.
Step 5
Remove sheet pan from oven and place salmon in the middle on aluminum foil. Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
