Instructions
Step 1
In a large heavy skillet or Dutch oven with a tight-fitting lid, heat oil and butter over medium heat.
Step 2
Add chicken pieces and brown evenly on all sides.
Step 3
Add leeks, onions, parsley, garlic, carrots, stock, and soy sauce.
Step 4
Cover and cook for about 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
Step 5
Add soybeans and continue to cook until beans are heated through.
Step 6
To serve, spoon beans and vegetables onto a heated serving platter and arrange chicken on top.
