Instructions

Step 1
1. Grill corn in skillet.

2. Bring broth to boil. Add cream and return to boil.

3. Slowly whisk in grits then corn.
Step 4
4. Reduce to simmer, cover, and cook 5-6 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese and shredded smoked Gouda.
Step 6
Top with BBQ shrimp
