Instructions

Step 1
Whisk flour salt and baking powder together in a large bowl then add cream and stir to a shaggy dough
Step 2
Knead the dough together for a minute or two then wrap in plastic wrap and rest 30 minutes
Step 3
Roll out the dough as thin as you can then cut into the size crackers you want . Place on a baking tray and pierce the crackers with a fork multiple times . Bake in a pre heated oven 180 c 350 f for 20 minutes flipping halfway through . When they are golden remove from the oven and let them cool . Keep in an airtight container for up to 10 days . Enjoy
