Instructions
Step 1
Set oven on a high broil, and heat up a cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Remove salmon skin and cut up into 1” cubes.
Step 3
Combine all the seasonings in a bowl. Massage seasonings on salmon, coating well.
Step 4
Remove hot tray from oven and place salmon on it.
Step 5
Cook the salmon for 5-6 minutes on the top rack.
Step 6
Mix up mayo, sriracha, bbq sauce and vinegar. Add the same spices used on the fish to taste. Serve fish on a bed of rice with sauce drizzled on top.
