Instructions

Step 1
1. Place chocolate in a heat proof bowl and place in microwave to melt 2. Mix together protein powder, melted chocolate and rice crispies 3. Place half of the mixture into a lined tray and place into the fridge while you make the caramel 4. In a heat proof bowl, melt together biscoff, white chocolate and coconut milk in a microwave 5. Place the caramel mixture on top of the rice mixture and top with the other half of the mixture 6. Place in the fridge to set for a few hours
