Shrimp with Ginger Cilantro

Ingredients
4 servings
1 poundshrimp
peeled and cleaned
2 tablespoonssesame oil
toasted
2 tablespoonsfresh cilantro
chopped
3 tablespoonslow sodium soy sauce
or coconut aminos
1 tablespoonsfresh ginger
peeled
2 tablespoonshoney
1lime
juiced lime
Serve with nice big salad made with:
Instructions
Shrimp -
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients except the shrimp in a Cuisinart or chopper until completely blended.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat and place shrimp in a single layer and pour sauce over shrimp in skillet, cooking for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side (until completely pink).
Salad -
Step 3
Use the juice of the grapefruit with a little olive oil, mustard, balsamic vinegar and pepper as your dressing, just a suggestion
Step 4
