Instructions
Step 1
Either microwave green beans with salt and garlic powder for 5-6 minutes OR roast them in the oven at 400 F for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
In Instant Pot, put all dry pasta and cover with chicken broth.
Step 3
Set pressure cook to high for half the time stated on the pasta package instructions by rounding up.
Step 4
While Instant Pot is cooking, beat eggs with garlic and lemon juice. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until dissolved.
Step 5
If using avocado, make sure it’s diced. Confirm that your chicken and cream cheese are cubed. Check the green beans so that they don’t overcook.
Step 6
When pressure cooker is finished, allow 5 minutes before depressurization.
Step 7
Whisk at least a half cup or more of hot broth from pressure cooker into egg lemon mixture to temper the eggs to prevent them from scrambling.
Step 8
Pour egg lemon mixture over warm pasta and mix well.
Step 9
Add butter, cream cheese, cooked chicken, and green beans.
