Cacao 'Nana Smoothie Bowl
Fiber Fueled Cookbook - p.58. Try 1 serving and less ice cubes. Or less almond milk. Full recipe was runny like a drink. Made it for 1 serving: one whole banana, no ice.

1frozen banana
2 tablespoonscacao powder

½ teaspoonground cinnamon

Instructions
Step 1
Place the almond milk, banana, cacao powder, peanut butter, cinnamon, vanilla, hemp seeds, date and ice cubes in the base of a blender and puree until creamy and smooth. Add the toppings of your choice

Step 2
Freezing the banana is the key to creating a thick, ice cream-like consistency. if you keep your banana at room temperature, then your smoothie ends up much thinner. Alternatively, you could use 1 1/2 to 2 cups of almond milk to thin the smoothie.
