Instructions

Step 1
Add olive oil to crockpot
Step 2
Place sliced onion in bottom of crockpot
Step 3
Add chicken on top of sliced onion. Salt and pepper chicken well.

Add garlic to top of chicken
Step 5
Sprinkle spices on chicken
Step 6
Add balsamic vinegar and cover all with canned tomatoes
Step 7
Cook on high for 4 - 5 hours or low for 8 hours. Shred chicken at the end by stirring well with a fork. Serve with pasta or rice.
