Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place spaghetti squash halves, cut-side down, on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until squash is tender when pierced with a knife, about 40 to 50 minutes.
Step 3
Let cool enough to handle and scrap out with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy
